These are a few essays from Larken Rose's TMDS* list.

Each essay has a link near the bottom of the page where

one can subscribe by email to all future messages.  Also,

there is an archive here of many previous essays.  The most

Recent posts have been mainly about the candidacy of

Dr. Ron Paul for president.  If you like them, pass them on.

Blind Nationalism "The modern celebrations which occur on July 4th make about as much sense as Jews proudly parading around carrying banners of Swastikas."

Solutions  "I get regular complaints from people who say that, while they agree with many of my criticisms of how our 'government' functions, I offer no solutions. In reality, I repeatedly offer the only solution there is."

Beware of Tiger   "People are constantly saying that we NEED some kind of 'government' to protect individual rights. Yet history makes it undeniable that those acting in the name of 'authority' have violated individual rights on a scale that private crooks could never hope to achieve."

Treason  "The ONLY obligation I can possibly have is the obligation to do what I believe to be right. The insane belief in 'authority,' on the other hand, leads to the conclusion that we're all morally OBLIGATED to do what we think is morally WRONG--and it's hard to get any more loony than that."

RepublicRats  "Yes, I am telling you to intentionally destroy the Republican party, because it is an absolute fraud. Of course, the Democratic power machine is equally fraudulent and evil, but by supporting either of them--instead of telling them BOTH to go to hell--you are ENABLING your own enslavement."

Turning the Tables  "Would kidnapping a few dozen IRS bureaucrats prove that we don't owe the tax? No. Would hanging a judge or two prove us right? No. Would forcibly silencing opposing views show the validity of our position? No. What proves someone right is EVIDENCE and LOGIC. Any bozo should be able to understand that."

Carjacker vs Government  "The Declaration of Independence says that governments are formed to defend the rights of individuals. With all due respect to Thomas Jefferson, that's a load of bullpoop. You might as well say that carjackers are instituted among men to help them keep their cars running well."

To Be Free or Not To Be Free?  "There's a reason 'government' always grows, and oppression always increases, until something really unpleasant (e.g., revolution or economic collapse) 'reboots' society. It's because once you accept 'government' AT ALL, you have accepted the notion that politicians have the RIGHT to impose their choices on us by FORCE . . ."

Freedom of the Mind  "While the self-anointed, aspiring tyrants of both parties are supported by their rich buddies, Ron Paul is supported by lots and lots of mere 'peasants.' So why does the media try so hard to ignore him, and when they do mention him, why do the constantly denigrate and insult him? For all hoopla the talking heads and 'reporters' give about 'democracy,' they don't mean it.

Wasting Your Vote  "Since your vote is statistically worthless to begin with, why would you compound the silliness by voting for someone you don't even like?"

    The Anti-Change Brigade

    What Do The People Want?

    But How Would It Work?

    Democracy Failed

    Who Owns You?
